Sunday Chariot Day, Newmarket

The feature race is The Kingdom of Bahrain Sun Chariot Stakes, a Group 1 race for fillies and mares aged three-years- old and over. Newmarket is truly special. It is a town with a rich, royal history and where the thoroughbred race horse is king. Horse racing, the ‘sport of kings’, was born here three and a half centuries ago and before being exported around the world.
